I’m a huge fan of anime.

The idea for this video came about listening to an anime opening playlist on Spotify. I was walking in the park, and it bemused me at how epic it sounded contrasted with how mundane my walk was. It then occurred to me that I could probably use it to make a video showcasing how mundane my day-to-day life is under lockdown against the backdrop of the song.

So I did it.

I’m planning on making a long video on manga-anime soon, but it’s such a big topic that I want to say so many things about, I’m finding an angle I can approach it on. If you’ve ever wanted to give anime a try, I always recommend Death Note as a starting point. It’s on Netflix, and you can’t really go wrong with it.
